LeadPath Watchdog

Service Terms

Clear scope and billing terms for the LeadPath Watchdog offer identified at Stripe Checkout.

Agency Pilot

US$199 paid once for up to 3 authorised lead paths. The Pilot runs for 30 days from written activation and does not renew automatically. It is a limited launch offer.

Growth

US$299 billed monthly for up to 6 authorised lead paths. It renews automatically each month until cancelled. Cancellation before the next billing date prevents the next charge; service continues through the current paid period.

Scale

US$2,990 billed yearly for up to 10 authorised lead paths. The website may display this as US$249/month, billed yearly. It renews automatically each year until cancelled. Cancellation before the next annual billing date prevents the next charge; service continues through the current paid term.

What is included

  • The agreed landing page and authorised form-submission journey.
  • The agreed success message or same-origin thank-you page.
  • One specified browser-visible GA4 lead event per path.
  • Scheduled checks during the active paid term.
  • A retry before a fault notification where configured.
  • Fault and recovery notifications through the channels shown for the purchased offer.
  • Evidence reasonably available from the browser check.

Setup and activation

After payment, the Agency supplies the remaining URLs, testing authority, safe test identity, form steps, success proof, GA4 event details, test-lead handling instructions, timezone and approved notification recipients. We review every path before configuration. Onboarding does not activate monitoring automatically.

After receiving complete information, we confirm the accepted scope and an activation deadline in writing. A path becomes active only after a baseline check and written activation.

Activation refund

If the submitted scope cannot be safely monitored, the Agency may choose an agreed smaller scope or a full refund. If we cannot activate the accepted scope by the written deadline, the Agency may choose a revised deadline or a full refund. A full pre-activation Growth or Scale refund also cancels the related subscription. No prorated refund is promised after activation except where required by law or separately agreed in writing.

Renewal, cancellation and failed payments

Growth and Scale renew on the interval shown at Checkout. The Agency may cancel before the next billing date; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period unless immediate cancellation is separately agreed.

If a recurring payment fails, existing checks may continue while Stripe retries payment, but new paths or expansions will not be activated. Monitoring stops if the subscription becomes unpaid, cancelled, paused or otherwise ends.

Customer responsibilities

The Agency confirms it is authorised by the relevant site owner to request recurring safe test submissions and provide the configuration details. The Agency must approve the test identity, test-lead handling, schedule and notification destination before activation, and keep payment and contact details current.

Service boundaries

LeadPath Watchdog reports the condition of the agreed browser journey and specified browser-visible GA4 event. It does not include lead generation, website or tracking repair, CRM delivery or cleanup, server-side tracking, attribution analysis, privacy or consent auditing, or a guarantee that an advertising platform has attributed a conversion. Login, OTP, payment, real booking and CAPTCHA-protected paths require separate review and may be unsupported.

Interruptions and changes

We may pause a path if continued testing could create unsafe submissions, duplicate leads, unauthorised activity or other customer impact. Material changes to a website, form, success step, GA4 event, test identity or notification recipient require review before monitoring resumes.

Acceptance

Payment confirms acceptance of these terms and the matching service description shown at Checkout.
